I’ve went out to this machine on Friday, I was told no pump or spin, I cleared the filter which was blocked, tested the machine all was well. I got a call later that day to say the same thing in happening, It seems it wasn’t a pump/spin fault, but the machine was stopping in the wash, I have got them to check what was happening, as I couldn’t get back. On a 59′ washing, it’s going through the wash cycle, pumping out, then it stops at what I’m assuming is the beginning of the rince cycle, they said that they are getting 3 flashes on the led. Any ideas?

It’s E3 error :
The Water Drain Phase was not completed within the designed limit time. Clogged Filter, Drain Pump, Drain Hose, Wall Discharge and/or Wiring.Check that the air bottle is clean and not scummed up also the waste pipe clogged up with scale.
