Candy GCC591NB flashing lights and constant beeping!!

Hi,

My Candy GCC591NB now has all lights flashing and is constantly beeping, I’ve also noticed over the last couple of weeks it is taking several hours to dry a load. Can anyone help with a diagnosis? The user manual doesnt mention errors 🙁

If it’s got a display it should show an error code.

If not, count the bleeps between the pauses.

But do try to hard reset ti, power off it totally then power it back up.

Hi,

hard reset seems to have cleared the error but now the dryer isn’t generating any heat.

The beeps were almost in time with the flashes.

Change the heater it will be faulty

Hubby has taken the heater of and it’s obviously the problem. Thank you for your help!
