Hi, The main PCB has failed in our Candy Go 1482-80. Multiple tracks have burnt out on the underside.
Can anybody point me in the right direction to get a replacement please?
Also, we still have the receipt and the machine apparently has a 5 year parts warranty. How does that work? I am guessing that you need to have a Candy approved engineer to fix the machine and that labour would cost a fortune? :rolls:
Thanks in advance for any help.

    Rob.

Re: Candy Go 1482-80 PCB fail

    candy labour approx £100

would be worth going with though, because its very common for candy/hoover motors to take out the main pcb. both parts combined = write off of the appliance.

you could alternatively post a hi-res pic of the pcb & burnout, and we can advise what may have caused that???

Hi: If you follow the wires from the 3 burnt pins you should find what’s caused the burning on the other end. Are any of the components on the other side looking burnt?
