Candy GO 2 482 washer is faulty and led light flashing 5

Hi as title says I have a Candy Go 2 482 washer and until last night it was working fine ,
the problem is that it only fills with water when going thru the normal cycle it doesnt get any further eg drum spinning or anything and just stops 🙁
there is a fault code which flashes up but I cant find any information on it, the fault code flashes 5 times could any one in the know help me out with this code before I have to go thru the expense of either replacing it or having an engineer come out 🙁

Error 5 is NtC fault,. Check wiring to thermistor on back of tub or heater
