Candy GO F flashing cold wash light mid cycle

Hi everyone, i really hoping you can help, i have just been given a Candy GO f462 grande? (think thats the right model im in work now and cant double check), anyway the problem is that mid cycle on a normal 60 wash it will stop with water still in it and light next to the (snowflake) cold wash will flash. it flashes 5 times then pauses. I have tried the machine on a 90 wash and it finished the cycle with no problem. I have tried just the spin/drain cycle it did finish this but agian the lights flashed at the end and had to move the selector to off to release the door. So i dont think its a drainage problem coz it does let water out, the water has been hot on the wash so dont thin its temp? checked the filter that was fine and pump turned. Any ideas please ???

Thanks, any idea on where abouts the thermister and sensor are located ?

ok great, i’ll have a look see if there is anything obvious that is wrong but sounds like its gonna be a job for a pro ?? dont even know what these things look like 🙂

forgot to say, it seems to happen when the cycle starts the rinse ? dont know if that makes any difference
