How old is the machine? It’s probably got the dreaded sealed drum in it, if so then it’s BER.

BER= Beyond Economical Repair

It does have a sealed tub assembly by the way (replacement part no: 41022795) and so the bearing are NOT accessible. Google up the price of the tub assembly if you dare? 😈

hi thanks for your replies sealed drums suck 🙁 i have been digging out my paper work and i have a 5 year warranty so i have them coming out now thanks again 😀
