Good morning all,

Wondering if anyone could provide a wiring diagram for the above T/D?

Called by customer to rectify a no heat fault, who has already replaced several parts himself. (heater unit, front sensor, and pcb)

Heat is evident very intermittently, and I suspect a wiring fault unless there is another sensor somewhere. (have checked related wiring continuity thus far, but was running late for next job.)

Hi jonty I attach a wiring diagram for you more than likely the new pcb needs programming with men loader Hoover has, this condenser has 2 ntcs 1 on the front duct and 1 under the drum in the rear left i would suggest fitting all the old parts back on and starting from scratch as the old pcb is probably fine, its always a head ache when customers try to fix themselves. Good evening Kai, everyone,

Returned today, and carried out further tests and confirmed that the pcb/board is faulty.

Customer then confirmed that he bought the replacement board second hand, and he is planning on sending it somewhere for test and repair!

chances are the relays have blown. at least that’s the first thing I would check

Buy the time you fix this dryer he could of bought a new 1 the money the customer has spent on parts lol.
