Candy GOC58F Capacitor

I have a customer with a Candy GOC58F tumble dryer and the motor capacitor has blown. Being a Candy you obviously can’t buy it separately (or have any access to fit it), but if someone could point me to a suitable alternative or at least tell me the correct rating, it would be greatly appreciated.

Think it is an 8uf capacitor i did one recently and i’m sure thats what i used, i usualy have a stock of various capacitors for issues like this.

thanks, I do have a stock of capacitors I just needed the correct rating. I have only replaced heaters on these and that’s not an easy job – I expect this will be even less fun with my huge hands…

I had something similar with Hoover tumble dryer condensing. The capacitor was not listed as part instead directed me to a new motor.

I found an alternative and bought a replacement capacitor 8uf from different source. Fitting it was not easy. Took me two hours.
