Candy GOC590- not heating

Thank you for identifying the replacement heater element that I might require.
The old element has 4 wires, red,white,black and yellow. How do I know which colours are heat (1) and heat (2) in order to test continuity, using a multi meter?
It is difficult to see where each element starts and ends when looking inside the metal case.

You test continuity at the thermostat and ntc you should get a reading of 0.5 ohms or around that if they are fine actually look at the heater some coils might be broken
