Candy Grand O 1482 8kg type FCE2 error code 3

Hi apologies if i’m asking already asked question.. just spent about 6 hours trying to find out whats wrong…
machine works on various cycles until it reaches the spin part.. pump works,tube to pressure switch clear and pressure switch works when I fit another pipe to it and blow then the electrical contacts switch on and of at connector to “pcb”, commutator cleaned, all contact blocks removed and refitted… drum does slow rotate and back at beginning of spin cycle (empty or loaded) for several minutes then goes to 3 flashes error code. think I suspect “electronic” out of balance device or PCB… where or what is electronic out of balance device mentioned on page 9 of instructions for use book. Any advice appreciated thanks mark

The heater has an earth leak. Replace the heater.

thanks Martin had just arrived at same decision as this morning was getting 14 flashes and found “leak” from right terminal on heater to earth. good to have confirmation. 91201546 is this right part
