candy grand o GO662 washing cycle problem

Afternoon,

I am having problems with my candy grand o GO662 washing machine 6kg. Every time I put it onto a wash cycle it fills up with water then nothing else happens. The spin cycle also dose not work. The drain cycle works fine.

I replaced the brushes this year around January (2015) and for good measure I went and checked them again. they are in good condition as expected.

Can some one tell me why it is not doing the wash cycle?
