Candy Grand o series wont spin on all programs

Hi im trying to help a friend who has a Candy Grand O series washing machine that will only spin on the quick wash program …. it wont spin when any other program is selected.
Can anyone help ?

id hazard a guess that the programs are all out of sync?

what happens exactly, when u put it on say, a spin program?

and a model num would help too

is it a go 292/482/682/1482?

im told when spin only program is selected it runs through the spin cycle without a problem… hope this helps

its always worth checking the drain function.. i e empty the filter and check the hoses for obstructions

if theres motor action, and the drain function is good, it will more than likely need a new pcb.. ive changed a few for that fault
