CANDY GRAND OVERFLOWING FROM SOAP DISPENSER

Hi..I have a Candy Grand washing machine that over flows from the soap dispenser.I have done all the cleaning etc as advised but it still overflows quite a lot but only on the final time water goes through the dispenser.
Any ideas please

Water pressure too high (turn the tap back a bit) or it’s blocked, there’s only the two explanations really.

I had this happen on a servis machine we once had and it was powder that was blocked in the hose going from the tray and into the drum tub.

I had to take the lid off and take the pipe off and blast it out and all was fine again.

Hi

Normal problem with lots of manufacturers where the scale has built up over the months and it only runs out during its final rinse.

If cleaning the dispenser inside top doesn’t work then new dispenser is the repair..if under warranty then the dispenser is automatically changed and it cures the problem.
