    Does any one know what the e21 code is on a 9kg candy grand vita condenser dryer please?

    Do you know where the pressure switch is located this dryer has no pump tray at the bottom?

    pressure sw is next to the motor. it monitors the sump in case it overfills. are you sure its draining ok ?

    It starts cycle sometimes flashes the error straight away or will throw the code up after a while but no heat in dryer also, I’ve had the heater relay rrplaced on the module as I know that is a common fault, I will strip it down to get to the switch, don’t get a water full light just the error code. This model has no pump its tray at bottom.

    Do you know if its a microswitch or is it a sensor, can it be tested with meter?, ,I havent touched any hoover/candy appliances for years so sorry for all the questions

    Heater relay has been replaced is the thermo fuse the black one on ducting behind front panell or is it the round white one to the left of it?

    thermo fuse is on top of the heater box

    also since you seem to be trade why have you not registered for trade access ?

    we can do a lot more to help on the trade side as we then know we are dealing with someone who wont do stupid things and electrocute themselves. So we have to be careful what we say on this side of the forum
