Candy grand vita Issue

We bought a Candy grand vita dryer about a year ago. We have a maintenance plan for it which we have had to use a couple of times both with error 21. 1st time they reset a switch this time they replaced the heater exchange.
But we have been having a weird issue where it randomly stops working and we have to press start again. It does it a few times through every cycle which is really annoying. When the engineer came last time he said he thought replacing the heater exchange would fix it but hasn’t
has anyone else has this issue before?

There are a few things that can cause this problem if your washing isn’t spin in your washing machine at at least 1200 spin there is not enough moisture out of them so the dryer thinks they are dry, if you are doing this then the front ntc that senses that the close are dry will need changing along with the pcb and this will sort the problem ive done 1 under warranty for hoover
