Candy Grando cuts out?

    Just had this customer on the phone with a Candy Grando GO482 (she thinks)

    Says it starts to fill then cuts out after about ten seconds, lights still on, none flashing.

    I asked her to try it on spin and apparently it started to drain and then cut out again in the same way.

    Anything known on these machines re this type of fault?

    Brushes? Sounds like it’s cutting out as soon as the drum should turn.

    I suspected a motor related fault but not come across this result before, need to suck it and see.
