Candy GrandO drains, but times out displaying E03 error code

Did initially have a problem with a block filter as machine was not draining. Sorted that out, now drains water out but times out as drain pump keeps running long after all water gone. Removed pressure switch and can hear it operating as drum fills and emptied, swung across switch and closes on fill and open circuit on empty, blown through supply hose to switch and seams clear, anybody anymore ideas, beginning to suspect control PCB?

An earth leak on the heating element can cause random E:03 errors.

Seams to be the problem, only got a multi meter rather than insulation tester but got a reading of about a Meg, disconnected heater and washer drains properly, with heater re-connected original defect returned.
