    Hello Everyone,

    I am hoping someone can help me… It would appear my washing machine has simply frozen half way through a wash. I am unable to see any errors, and I am not sure what I should do from here.

    Buying a new machine is expensive, just before xmas something I could really do without.

    I have tried turning the machine off and on, and the problem persists and their appears to be no reset.

    Half way through a wash would suggest it hasn’t emptied? So check pump filter your next move. But beware, if it’s full then all that water on the kitchen floor might ruin your evening!
