    hotel with a hairdresser and gym . Not used for the hotel side as they have two comercial lux m/cs

    So a poor quality domestic unit, used in a commercial environment and it’s allegedly the units fault.

    My original question was has anyone had trouble with door seals coming off. you said no, so I am looking at why it is coming off. hence bringing it back to the workshop and letting the girls put some washing in.If the seal stays on the hotel will be getting it back with a lesson on how to abuse no I mean use it. And as for poor quality domestic unit? you said that I didn`t.

    Employee’s yanking the whole load out at once is really the only answer and or overloading it..

    If it works correctly when you have it in the workshop then charge for the wasted calls and time.
