    Candy GVSH9A2DCEB dryerwith an E14 fault.
    Some research suggests an NTC sensor is suspect.
    Where is it located please.

    there are 2 NTC’s as far as i can see

    one on the front panel and another attached to the tubing of the heat pump

    now E14 states its the rear ntc but E13 states its the compressor ntc so that gets confusing when there is no rear ntc in this dryer as far as i can see

    I would check the front one for short or open circuit first

    Thanks Dave.
    Went along to this appliance today and ran it for an extended period with no errors appearing.
    Not wanting to dismantle the dryer to look for NTC’s I checked the condenser filter which was well and truly blocked.
    Gave it a proper clean and hopefully that may cure the problem.

    they think these things dont need looking after
    went to a beko dryer today, never seen a heater elements sag that badly as you can imagine the condensor was well blocked. sagged that much it started tripping the rcd

    will post a pic when i go back to fit a new element
