Have you had the door off?
If it is seated correctly and the plate the hinge locates into is ok then a set of hinges will cure your problem

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your reply, I have not tried to take the door off, to be honest that sounds a bit scary. How do I do that? I can see a screw on either side of each hinge on the door itself, if I undo them will that do it, or do I have to undo the ones on the oven side too? Once the door is off how will I know if it is the hinges, or do I need to change them anyway. Sorry, for all the questions I have never done anything like this before.

When you open the door. Look at where the hinge enters the oven, you will see a silver plate covering the hinge, flick these up and back as far as they will go, then slowly close the door until the door touches them, this will now allow to to lift the door and slide away from the oven. Once the door is removed you can remove the hinges from the door.

Will be hinges/hinge receivers. Common on drop down doors.

Thanks both for the replies and very clear instructions, I managed to take the oven door off, it was so easy I can’t believe it. 😀
I guess I need to buy new hinges now. I think that the Candy s95 is must also be called the OVS95/1WUK. So I think I need Part No. 92732486.
If I buy new hinges will it be straight forward to replace the existing ones?
ThanksAlex
