    Hi,
    When I put my dishwasher on, it runs part of the cycle and then freezes mid-cycle, with the cold water continuing to run. The machine continues to whirl, but the water does not seem to be heating up, and the cycle dial on the front is not moving round.
    Please help

    Safety thermostat will have tripped out. If you fit THIS, next time it does it, you can re-set it.

    It’s screwed to the underside of the tub, so power off before going in.
