Candy wash part fills -stops

When start button pressed the water starts to fill for a couple of seconds and then stops, nothing happens after that.
I can switch to `drain` and the machine will drain ok.

Any ideas.

Mod Edit: Have changed the make from Creda to Candy as long as your model no. quoted is correct 😉

Check the brushes on the motorthey will probably need replacing

I assume the brushes are relatively easy to change, I have done brushes on electric hand tools before.

I will pull the machine out tonight and have a look.

Hopefully it is the brushes as they are at the end of life, very little left. I have ordered new ones so hopefully……….
