    I HAVE A CANDY WASHING MACHINE IN NEED OF TECH SUPPORT.
    ITS A AQUAVIVA 120IT.

    IT IS SKIPPING PROGS AND GOING AROUND AND AROUND…ANY HELP WOULD BE GOOD…CHEERS …FIDDER

    It’s detecting an error I would think, what have you tested already ?

    Product code (1st part of serial number) starting 3????? required for tech info on these 🙂

    Fidder,

    Very often the Motorised Selector Unit (91201337) goes Awol by itself 🙁

    The internal spring is a weakness apparently and often just clicks around for no reason. There have been instances of them skipping just spin only but I guess your one doesn’t just do that?

    Check out the rest of the machine of course first but my money is on the Motorised Selector Switch 😉
