    HI,

    I have a CANDY AQUA 100F 3
    No. 3100412512260167
    Type AQE 3
    BOUGHT APRIL 2013
    On any program the machine runs for a very long time . For example on the Sports programme and the 32 minute one it takes takes around two and a half hours to complete. When used on a heated programme the water gets to near boiling temperature.

    Any suggestions?

    Faulty thermistor (aka thermostat).
