Model CMD 146 Washer/Dryer
No main wash lights at all or door light
top 2 lights on drying cycle indicator flash rapidly in any dial position
Could not find in fault codes
any ideas please?

That’s not an error code but clearly something has gone seriously AWOL with the PCB?
Have you taken it out and had a close look at it? If not that may be the way forward? 💡
