HI GUYS, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A CANNON 10450G DUAL FUEL RANGE COOKER. GRILL ELEMENTS (X2) BLOWN IN THE TOP LEFT CAVITY OF COOKER.

CUSTOMER HAD STATED THE COOKER TRIPPED THE ELECTRICS WHEN USING GRILL. WHEN THE SWITCH IN THE FUSEBOX WAS TURNED BACK ON, NONE OF THE ELECTRICS WORKED ON THE COOKER.

THE BLOWN GRILL ELEMENTS WHERE REPLACED, HOWEVER THE ELECTRICS ARE STILL FAULTY. ALL WIRING IN THE COOKER IS INDICATING ‘LIVE’ WHEN CHECKED WITH A AC VOLTAGE DETECTOR PEN. CAN ANYONE HELP?

Did you set a time on the clock as the oven will not work without a time set.

Hi Guys, thanks for your quick responses.

The clock cannot be set as the whole cooker is dead.

Time then to put away that volt stick now and check both poles are switched on to the cooker.
