I have a Cannon C60DPXF (dual door electric cooker with gas hobs) which I’ve had since 2010. The fan has died once before and I successfully replaced it in late 2013.

This time both the oven light and fan went at the same time. I ordered a new fan and replaced that myself but the new fan isn’t working. I’ve not replaced the bulb yet. The circular element around the fan and the element at the top of the oven are both working as is the display panel.

Does anyone know what could cause this issue? Are there any internal fuses in these ovens?

    there will be no fuses

its possible the same switch operates the fan and the lamp. this switch is located behind the knob

Some versions it uses the element in roof of oven to preheat for small amount of time , once reaches temp the fan motor cuts in with circular element. May be that you were looking fan instant movement and never got it!!
are you sure there’s heat in the main oven? normally the selector switches are working with the stat if there’s heat there.
Possibly if no motor then it could be the door switch, or selector switch.
Look out for the blade angle on motor jamming against cover as new blades slightly bend towards cover from original blade.
    Lastly looks like the module!!!
