cannon chester main oven fault

Hi all..A customer has asked me to look at her cannon chester free standing oven (model 10548G).the problem is the pilot is coming on fine but the main burner will not ignite,now being a plumber myself i would think its the thermocouple but after looking around it could be one of several things,does anyone have a good idea what the fault is or has anyone come across it before??

commonly, its the ffd

now, is it a 10548g, mk2 or mk 3?

theres quite a few different ffd’s

Im not sure..it has side opening dorrs rather than top if that helps..??
