Cannon Gas cooker 10675G igniter constantly firing

Hi All, I have a Cannon gas cooker model 10675G in the shop. when either oven is light the igniter keeps firing. Both ovens light fine and run up to temperature but the igniter keep firing. I am suspecting a problem in the the ignition generator pack but before buying another thought I would see if others have had experience of this problem. Thanks for any help Dave EZ appliances

Hi

Normally caused by a dirty ignition candle or burnt offerings spilt onto the burner.

check the electrode cable for shorting out on a metal part somewhere, if not then change spark generator
