Top oven has stopped working, looks like it’s the thermostat as there is no continuity across its terminals when switched on. I can access the thermostat quite easily and it seems to be readily available as a spare but I’m not sure how the thermostat part is attached to the rest of the function switch or how to get at the ‘bulb’ sensor – any advice please?
the thermostats normally just clip to the back of switch so gently prising the clips and it will pop off.
The bulb sensor is located inside the oven, you will find it clipped up somewhere in side the oven cavity. if you unclip it and poke it back through the hole it comes in on the new sensor can be introduced the same wayDave

OK , thanks. I’ll give it a go when the replacement arrives
