anyone done repairs on these. went and fitted a new element today and found when i tested it when the element goes off at temperature the fan does too. he says it always used to run but when i checked the wires it has live and n to the element and then it piggy backs to the motor so can’t do anything else but switch off the motor too. seems a weird design if that’s correct. anyone seen the wiring diagram
