    Hi guys, wondering if you can help please.
    Hoover condensor dryer capacitor gone and I have removed and ordered a new one. New one turned up yesterday and has 4 terminals on the cap whereas the old one has 2. Am I correct in thinking if you put them diagonally opposite its still ok to use? And also if I do that should I insulate the remaining 2 blank terminals?

    Diagonally opposite is correct, no need to insulate other terminals.
