    Hi folks,
    A mate of mine has one of these with the base element
    blown. Anyone know how to get it out?
    Hopefully its not a stupid question, but he is an appliance engineer.

    Sorry dont know, its me mate thats got the job.
    He is a self employed ex hotpoint engineer.
    Has seen the element, about 10 to 12 inches square with a vee in the centre.

    Get him to Google both the part numbers I gave you in my last post and get him to look at the images so he can choose.

    Its the large left hand oven.
