As far as I know Lee all Fagor washers are produced in Spain, that’s what I was told by their Technical Manager the last time I went there on a training course a couple of months ago, you can find this washer branded by Prima and a couple ot others as well

It could be finished in Spain, but when I worked on one recently there was a quality control sticker inside written in Chinese attached to the soap dispensor.

Its hard to tell the make of anything these days. 🙂

A lot of appliances use these guys based in the Basque country, there products are found all over the world in many makes, you may notice the heater assembly found in Bosch d/w’s.

Its not that bad a machine, Fagor are growing in strength and is going to be a well known brand in the UK, they make kitchens to compliment there products.

First saw Fagor machines in the UK more than thirty years ago, sold exclusivly through Comet, not the best but far from the worst machine.

Changed a black rubber door seal on a Fagor washer dryer for a friend and swore I would never do another one, next door nieghbour had one, the motor fell off due to the drum brackets ripping off the drum, not impressed at the time.

If they are going to be a well known brand it will hardly be on overnight success. 😉

Changed a door seal on a FUS-6116 W/Dryer last week, not an easy job but I have had worse, they have got better and are a reasonable price as have a 5 year warranty on some of the range and are quite popular with my customers 🙂

I worked on a lot in Spain.

There kitchens are pretty smart.An added benefit to these is there installed by agents to the standards set by Fagor, so no cowboy fitters doin shi8e work.

Something they should do in the UK.
