    Caple washer drier. Model no. WD1212. Nr. 01160 0205.

    Set a program. Runs for a couple of minutes then bleeps and shows F14 on the display. 😕 On tumble dry, there is no supply to the drier heater but the fan runs fine.
    I have tried the motor brushes and checked for loose and broken wiring. This machine seems to resemble a Hotpoint BDW12 with the PCB clipped behind the front panel above the filter. It also has a Bosch / Brandt type drier fan assembly in it.
    What does F14 mean – and any ideas how to cure it?

    Dryer NTC short/out of circuit.
