hi this machine only 14 mnths old the spin speed display cycles though all speeds and it does not spin properly its a bit like the tacho not sensing yet it does it ( display cycling )even b4 starting

any one had this ?

hi it keeps showing each different speed in turn ie 800 then 900 then 1000 etc will not stay on any , and changes quickly ie in less than a second on each speed funny thing is when i pressed the start/ pause button it stopped on 1000 and seemed to run ok i asked customer to let me know how it goes on

sound a bit like the button to select the spin speed is stuck
