CDA 494 Dishwasher

Where can I get these two plastic parts: a.the bit that the bottom arm is attached to, held down by 4 screws. b.the small plastic cover above it.

Dont know what theyre called,the plastic locking lugs have broken on both

I’m not quite sure which parts you mean.

The part held down by 4 screws might be the sump (reservoir which contains filter) which is part number 481241818338 and the cover for this which connects to the lower spray arm is part number 481241818341.

Please note that these parts are just my guess and may not be what you meant.

CDA can be contacted on 01949 862 012 and their appliances should be covered by a 5-year parts guarantee

Thanks nwar these parts are hard to describe over the phone -had a lady once try to describe a grill element over the Phone”it starts at one end,has a few squiggles and finishes at the other end”.Yes!
This d/w is mine for reconditioning, these parts are all that is wrong with it.

Parts in reverse order of assembly(parts broken starred*)

1.Lower circulation arm.
2.Twin plastic pipes to the top circulation arm.
*3.Retaining cover with two holes for above pipes-lugs broken.
4.Sump filter.
*5.Complex moulding with rubber gasket held with 4 screws encloses Chamber to circulation pump.lower arm sits on this.

One of the parts you will need is sure to be 481241818341, cover plate. This is held in by 4 screws and is a common part for the lugs breaking. If you pm me your email add I’ll attempt to send you the diagram tonight to identify the other part. This is a whirlpool machine; you can order the parts from whereever you get those from.
