CDA 494 – Top arm not spinning/whirring noise during cycle

Hi,

I have a CDA 494 integrated dishwasher that has recently started making a strange scraping/whirring noise from the bottom. It has also stopped cleaning properly and the top arm doesn’t appear to be moving at all.

I find the tablet at the bottom of the tray at the end of a cycle still intact.

Any ideas? It does sound like a failing pump but I’m no expert!

More likely the upper supply pipe has come out of the joint. Normally rear supply pipe and bottom holder is needed
