    CW496?

If so, it’s a Whirlpool-built machine. Four flashes means drain not detected in the time allowed.

    Thank you very much penquin

ive cleaned the filter out inside the dishwasher and it worked for 2 washers, now its coming up with the same error again

is it possible the pump needs cleaning, if so, how easy is it to get at it?

how long warrenty is there on cda rubbish?

Does it actually drain? There should be half an inch of water left in the sump if it is draining correctly.

Drain pump is accessible from the front by removing the lower front cover plate. The pump motor is a twist fit.

    Power off first.
