CDA CD707 cooker part needed

Hi folks – can anyone help me find a control panel for a CDA CD707 oven – my panel works fine but the painted on marks showing temp/functions have all but been rubbed off by the previous owner of the house – so I was hoping to be able to replace this part if spares are available and it is replacable.
Any help or advice would be greatfully taken.

It’s made by Stoves, the part number is 012424747 and likely to be very expensive (no price info currently).

If it’s less than 5 years old, a call to CDA may be worthwhile as the parts are covered FOC within this period 🙂
