Hi, I have been to one of these today that keeps cutting out.
When it cuts out the timer will reset to 0:00 and the oven will switch off. The cooling fan still runs and once the timer is set again it will start working again straight away.
In the past I have had to change the cut outs on the rear of the oven but with those the oven would not start again for a few mins until it cooled down.

I would start looking for loose connections between the mains inlet and the timer – the high current draw of the element through the dodgy connection causes them to heat up and break the circuit, they then tend to cool pretty quickly ready to start the whole process again.
