ParticipantGood afternoon all,
Does anyone have the error code information for the above washing machine?
I’ve been unable to find much/any information on the above, including via UKW, so I tried CDA UK.
However, they could only state what their website states. i.e. Errors F01 to F04 available, and to call their customer service who do not know what the above codes relate to…
It would be handy to have some information, as I’m travelling quite a long way next Monday to inspect. (customer says the error codes come on prior to spinning, but no further info’)
Thanks,jonty

ParticipantThanks Dave,
On the UKW Fault Code List, only the German produced washing machines are listed, which are probably fairly old now, so may not be appropriate…
F07 states a door latching or lock error
F08 not listed
F09 Programme selector fault
CDA have been helpful in the past, but unable to assist on the above…

ParticipantAny help with the above fault codes would be much appreciated!
I’ve done some more research today, without any success… perhaps CDA would have to kill you, should they reveal these codes… whether they know them or not?!

ParticipantRevisited the above w/m today, and monitored on a rinse/spin cycle, as the customer said the fault occurred prior to/on fast spin.
Lo and behold the fault did occur! The drive motor began randomly speeding up to a very high rpm for several seconds, prior to stopping.
The above also displayed error code: F09 which I have established is a motor fault has been detected.
However, the board appears to be obsolete and the motor is an extortionate price…
