    cust complains during dry fills with water and she can see it sloshing about i chescked filter and it was blocked so cleared but she says it is still happening any ideas.

    a bit harsh bryan but my mistake on DRY it fills with water and i know that aint normal

    Check the wiring at the switch bank assemby at the top,If i remember I had one that chaffed the green wire which in turn fed a live to the valve.

    also check the hose from the tub to drain pump, has to be blockage in my expierence,
    TELL..
    plastic TAZO’S was usualy a fault, flips up and a perfect fit to block the top- inlet of pump.??.

    for gods sake dont remove the sump hose from the tub what ever you do or you’ll regret it!. There is a support gromit in the sump hose and dispensor hose also Complete B*****d to put back in place!
    Trust me, i’m a CDA agent. Been there and done that ;(

    thanx for reply whiskeyjack aint been to this machine yet as it is rental and tennant a pain to get hold of.have you seen this fault before and can you shed any more light before i go.

    I have had a look at the tech notes on this one and realised that it’s not the machine with the evil sump and dispensor hoses. That is the Siltal version, this one you have is a Fagor one. I couldn’t see anything in there what relates to the fault you have mentiones but I would pluck a guess at a sump or drain hose blockage perhaps. Does it give any error code?

    Flow restictor blown out of dryer valve produces interesting results on dry.
