    My CDA cooker hood is about 8 years old. The light continues to work but the extractor fan has decided to stop working. When the extractor fan buttons are pressed the light comes on but extractor doesn’t work. Any suggestions most welcome.

    Probably the switch module has blown but, it’s impossible to get one sadly, appears to be obsolete unless CDA still have any. 🙁

    Hi K,
    Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify………….. my cooker hood lights are working and also the light on the control panel to indicate that the extractor fan is on, is also still working, just the fan that has decided to pack in. Would this be the case if the switch module has blown? Thanks for your help, really appreciated.

    Possibly the motor though not as likely but, that’s obsolete as well so I reckon the only path you have is a new hood.
