Im going out to see the above tomorrow.
Customer says it wont knock off it’s cycle.
Apparently it heats up, drains and fills ok and doesnt display an error code.
He called me once before about this problem so I told him to try resetting the program via the start button and he called me back to say it had resolved it. Tried this again with the customer but it seems like it hasnt worked. I thought I knew just about everything about this type of dishwasher but I havn’t come across this fault before. Wandering if it’s a software blip??
I don’t think the base is flooded because I did a call on it a couple of months back after he phoned me with this same problem and it was ok then.
Any ideas guys?
Thanks,
Rob.
I would love to know how you got on with this as I have a customer with the exact same model and fault.. drains, fills, heats to temperature then switches off heat, then just runs on rinse forever, No fault detected by machine. No water in base. I am going to quote for the main PCB, did you cure yours??
Oscar
I reset the PCB first viist then tried it on a quick wash… filled, heated to temp, washed, drained and rinsed no problem. She tried it same night and it stuck again for about 3 hours, no flahing lights etc.
