Has anyone come across flood problems with this model? I’ve had a flood after the water supply didnt switch off. The appliance is only 14 month old and I havent had any problems until now.

hi

my limited experience with these machines has been a leak from a hose connected to the circulation pump, this resulted in a new pump being fitted to cure the problem.

fortunatly most (if not all) of these machines come with a 5 year parts guarentee so the customer saved 120 quid.

they are basicly a whirlpool machine inside

give CDA a call and see if you can get your own engineer from this site to fix it or does it have to be a CDA engineer

This model is Haier, not Whirlpool.
