    Hi,

    I have an integrated CDA CW 795/2 fridge freezer in a new build circa 2004. The fridge temp is too low at about 8C at the bottom and well above that at the top, this is on max thermostat setting of 7.

    Adjusting the thermostat to a lower setting does appear to increase the fridge temp.

    The freezer appears to be fine at about -18C.

    CDA claim to have a 5yr warranty but I doubt the original occupants registered it. Would a service visit from CDA be a rip off compared to more local independent help?

    Having turned the fridge off, defrosted and back on the temp is now 6.5. Is it likely to need regassing?
