    Model number WC130 (Philips) flashes 11 (eleven) times what does this mean as I cannot find anything about it.

    OWI fault, optical water indicator, check in the sump there is a black grid, it will be gunged up clean with a small brush or something and retest should be ok.

    you can twist out the OWI fromunderneath for extreme cases but usually ok to clean in sump.
