    customer complains of noise when switched on..its not the fan in the oven so i think its the cooling fan over the top of the grill, she says, that its noisy for 10-15secs then goes away..i havn’t visited customer yet so i need to know where i can get a new fan if needed. i have asked her if there is a service no. she says no other numbers to be seen.
    any help would be great

    bryan, went to see the cda, cooling fan was out of line on the spindle adjusted to run properly. thankfully the oven was fairly new and clean!!!!
